The results are as follows: The average scores of turnover intention are generally low, but still 18.71%, special education teachers tend to leave; the professional identity and job satisfaction of special education teachers is negatively correlated with turnover intention; "Employment Nature, Professional Emotion, Professional Belief, Leadership" are the strongest predictor of turnover intention.
