AB  - This article proposes a literature review about the problems faced by the teachers when they have to achieve the inclusion of students who are diagnosed with ADHD. While searching the resources, we have also found that the establishment of collaborative work climate among teachers, the establishment of common goals and shared responsibility, are factors that favor the work with this type of students. In addition, these factors have been found to occur in contexts where shared and distributed leadership prevails.
