The paper presents the qualitative research results of including a girl with Down syndrome in general physical education classes. This experience of empowering and supporting diverse academic and/or social learning among pupils of all abilities is called inclusive education. The authors depict the potency of the selected physical activities, gymnastics, elementary dancing and rhythmic activities, skiing, and swimming on a girl with DS. The focus is chiefly on the factors affecting her health status and motor skills. The potency of the intervention was proven in all the spheres of girl's development, health, mental, social and emotional. ER
