Aim of this paper is to present the results of research on evaluation of successful school integration or failure of school integration by children's educators in terms of mainstream primary schools. The research results show the most important conditions for successful and unsuccessful integration of gifted pupil by teachers. Teachers in classrooms with individual integration are more focused on the actual performance of students who could be their measure in the evaluation of their success. The group integration is accompanied by teachers in evaluating of the success and greater importance of personal giftedness and talents. According to both groups of teachers the successful school integration is based on expertise of teachers in terms of knowledge, experience and also enough time for individual access to these pupils. Study also points to the current specific problems of individual and group integration.
