The present study was conducted to evaluate the relation between the subjective perception of quality of life and the level of physical activity and its frequency in elderly people. The study recruited 58 elderly volunteers aged 65-89 years (23 male, 35 female). All subjects were in good health without medical treatment and living independently. We used the questionnaire Subjective Quality of Life Analysis - SQUALA and The International Physical Activity Questionnaire - IPAQ-short.
